EXPLODE

I stepped on top of the world,
traveling over its holy places.

Entering each shrine, church and synagogue
and collecting its treasures.

My arms became wide
and my chest became huge,

For it was love I was gathering,
enough to protect you.

I carried it to the Oracles
asking them what to do.

They said "focus on the one you want to protect
and stand in their direction".

Bow your head deeply
and let your spirit connect with theirs.

Draw energy from the earth below
and from the angels in the universe.

Draw strength from your fellow man
and mix it with your soul.

Connect with every poet, every mystic and every sage,
letting their power grow inside you until you are ready to explode.

Throw your arms out to the side
and open your eyes wide.

Become your spiritual being
and release everything in a flow.

Stand fast in the explosion
and hold onto their hand.

Trust in the love that you have given
will offer them enough protection.”
