The best teachers and parents are B-A-D. We all remember those teachers who were toughest on us. What we didn't realize at the time was that they were too tough, too "bad", to give up on us. There was nothing we could do (forget to do homework, fail a test, act up in class) to make them lower the standards they believed we could attain. And just like with our parents, those are the teachers we appreciate the most, the "bad" ones.
